Mail Order (Payment by Check)
Please e-mail us your order before mailing your payment in order to ensure that your order is processed in a timely manner. Payments by check should be payable to "Palestine Online Store" - please remember to include the $6.00 shipping and handling fee. Payment should be mailed to Palestine Online Store / 101 E. Lullwood Avenue / San Antonio, TX 78212.

Delivery Times: In-Stock vs. On Order
Items that are marked as being "In Stock" normally ship out within 5 business days. Items that are "On Order" usually ship out within 15 business days (on average), but in rare circumstances may take longer. Orders that include "In Stock" as well as "On Order" items may be shipped seperately or held for one shipment, at our discretion. If you need certain items by specific dates, do let us know.

Shipping: U.S. & Canada orders
If you are in the U.S. or Canada, your shipping and handling fee is $6.00, regardless of the size of your order. We will select the shipping mode and it will normally be one of the following: UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Media Mail.

Shipping: International orders
For international orders, please e-mail us the desired items and destination country, and we will inform you of the shipping charges. You may then decide whether or not to proceed with the order. Some items already have an international price indicated, which includes the additional cost of shipping. There are no additional charges for DVD or music CD orders.

Guarantee & Returns
Our products are guaranteed to be of good quality and to reach you in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please e-mail us right away for replacement arrangements. Due to the limitations of this small operation, we can only accept exchanges of damaged or defective products. Thank you for your understanding.
